A little about me….
First and foremost, lets get one thing straight.
I am a health nut and nerd at heart.
Health is my main passion (some may even say obsession). I live and breathe health & wellness. Rarely a day goes by that I am not reading or consuming some form of content on health.
Yet I also see the importance and value in copywriting & marketing. As I see it as a powerful skill and tool to impact others.
And why I took it upon myself to dive deep into understanding copywriting & marketing.
Consuming as many courses, books and podcasts I could get my hands on over many years.
I have also seen over the years (and felt it myself) that many in the health space.
While they have good hearts to serve and amazing health knowledge. They often struggle to know how to effectively sell and market their products and services to the world.
And so, seeing this gap in the marketplace I decided I wanted to help fill it.
Blending together copywriting, marketing, sales, personal development and of course… My obsession with health.

Tired of working with other copywriters and marketers who know nothing about health or wellness: Are you tired of working with copywriters & marketers who talk in terms you don't understand and almost feel like they are speaking another language? - Wasting precious time and energy trying to do your copywriting & marketing on your own: Perhaps you have arrived at the point where you understand the importance of copywriting & marketing. And so you have been trying to do it on your own. Which on top of all the other tasks for your business leaves you with very little time, energy or interest to be able to do it, let alone do it well. Causing a lot of frustration and stress because you know it's important. But it's also time consuming and difficult. So you find yourself just throwing things together and winging it. Hoping it will all just somehow work. But can't help but feel like you're leaving money and potential clients on the table (and likely are).
- Tired of hypey, cringy and pushy marketing (and want nothing to do with it): You see other copy, marketing, ads and content and find yourself rolling your eyes, feeling uncomfortable or being annoyed at how hypey, cringy and pushy they all are. Which just turns you off copywriting & marketing because you feel like it's an almost manipulative thing and feel like there is enough of that in the world. And you don't want to add to it. And you certainly don't want to reduce yourself or your brand to having to use 'tactics' and 'tricks' to get more sales and customers. You just want to serve and do it in a way that feels good, authentic and honest. Not manipulative, hypey or cringy.
